Project Bike: Custom Machined Rear Caliper Carrier

We wanted a small caliper & a small disc so we had a one off rear disc made; running a small rear brembo caliper.

Template (on the right) which we made out of thick plastic. We first worked out the shape, dimensions, then sent to M&D tooling.

It was designed so that it pinches onto the wheel spacer. The torque arm was made later.

The rear foot-brake assembly including the rear break master cylinder, mounted. A custom made hydraulic brake line is being made.
