Graeme is one of the primary figures in the motor service industry with experience gained over 24 years pioneering customer service innovation for leading brands in his various roles as MD of RAC Motoring Services, MD of Inchcape plc, Board member of Lex Service plc and Chief Executive of RegVardy plc. Graeme is also a non-executive director of MITIE plc.

Jason joined BLD Group as CEO in October 2007 and brings a unique combination of expertise from the motor, insurance and customer service industries. Driving rapid growth and transformation as MD for market-leaders RAC Financial Services and Capita Insurance Services, Jason also brings significant M&A experience from his roles at Rank plc, Lex Service plc and Coopers & Lybrand where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Jason is also a member of the AMA Executive Committee.

Charles joined BLD Group as Finance Director in January 2004 with significant experience directing, acquiring and restructuring SME businesses over the past 15 years. Charles holds an MBA from Cranfield Business School, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Mike has over 18 years’ experience of RTA claims handling, specialising in motorcycle claims and dealing with every accident type, from simple cases to serious head injuries. Mike has trained in insurance/legal aspects of RTAs, and focused on motorcycle incidents and injuries, supporting numerous litigations –knowledge and experience that are a significant asset.

Stuart’s background in Mechanical Engineering and 15 years international experience as General Manager/ consultant for the hospitality industry, provides a crucial insight into effective management. Applying his knowledge to motorcycle racing for 5 years, and joining BLD in 2005, Stuart has transformed our performance, efficiency and scalability.
