Follow A31 to junction with A338. Leave dual carriageway, and take exit towards the town centre. After about 50 yds you will reach another roundabout. Take 1st exit from this roundabout. After a further 50 yds the road bears left, and the entrance to the Carver Industrial Estate is straight ahead of you on the bend. BLD house is the building directly in front of you as you enter the industrial estate.
