From First Notification to Claims Settlement, BLD offers end-to-end claims management and support. Staffed by motorcycle experts and experienced claims professionals, our team is highly trained and knowledgeable to support customers and referrers in this specialised field.

DEDICATED SUPPORT


Offering dedicated support to customers throughout the claim, our processes are transparent, fully auditable and benchmarked against industry-leading SLAs. Throughout the claims process we will continuously track progress and seek updates from each of the participants including monitoring the hire, chasing the third party insurer, assisting customers to get liability agreed and checking with solicitors. We will also contact customers and provide them with regular updates on the status of their claim.


MOTIVATED BY THE EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF OUR SERVICE

Our workflow technology enables us to actively monitor progress and issues alerts against stringent SLA targets set in agreement with our partners. Each case file records full details of actions, timings, authorities,  inspections, results and reports. Using our in-house custom-built claims management and repair tracking software we achieve rapid turn-around, reduced hire and storage costs and greater referral commission income for our insurance partners.


ABI APPROVED TIER ONE SERVICE PROVIDER


As First Tier providers, BLD support and subscribe to the ABI's General Terms of Agreement (GTA) and our maximum daily settlement rates are agreed by the Joint Technical Committee and endorsed by the ABI.

Compliance is also vital. BLD view compliance as an essential component of our operation, and BLD Limited is both Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority and it is also regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities.
