REPLACEMENT RIDING KIT AND HELMET HIRE

BLD were the first CHO in the UK to provide replacement helmet hire. There is no point to providing a claimant with a hire bike if his/her helmet is damaged and not therefore suitable for its intended purpose. Not only has BLD the facility to hire helmets, we can also source high quality essential protective items such as jackets, boots, textile trousers, waterproof trousers, summer and winter gloves and helmets for insurer authorised purchase at a considerable discount.

REPLACEMENT BIKES

BLD are also able to offer a considerable saving to customers whose new bikes (bikes under 6 months old) have been written off. BLD are able to purchase replacement bikes at a discount  and we pass on these discounts.

CONTRACT REPAIRS

As one of the UK’s leading repair specialists we can offer motorcycle repairs at contract rates for work not covered by an insurance policy. We can also undertake custom graphic designs within our new fully-equipped paint shop.

CASE LAW LIBRARY

BLD maintains and updates a library of relevant case law associated with most major types of incident we come across. This is invaluable in assisting customers and insurers to resolve queries and progress claims rapidly.
