Hello,My name is Danny. Last year I had a claim settled by yourselves on my behalf. I was knocked off my bike on 20th June 2009 by a motorist not giving way on a roundabout. Although I was third party only, BLD still represented me, supplied me with an almost new 1250 bandit to use while my case ran, and over and beyond your working parameters, you managed to take the wrecked bike and dispose of it for the amount stated by the other party's insurance as part payment of my claim, send me the money and then continue to fight relentlessly for the rest of my claim. This brings me round to the contribution made by the redoubtable Jamie Lowman of your company.
Jamie had the worst time ever dealing with a motorist who would not believe the laws set out in the highway code and his blinkered insurance company who decided to stick by him (???!!!) and take the outrageous step of inferring that I should repair his car!! Jamie stuck with it and after many, many frustrating phonecalls and arguments, showed them the light. I am presently awaiting damages and loss of earnings payout that I didn't even ask for! My new GSXR 600 sits in the garage awaiting warmer climes (Thanks guys!)
I would like to congratulate you all, especially Jamie on a superb organisation doing a really great job. You make others around you look pedestrian.
Dear all,Just a quick note to say thanks for your fine service I received after my accident in August. A particular thanks to Stephen who dealt with the bike replacement and generally looked after me! All the staff I spoke to were pleasant and efficient. And your delivery guys were great!
