BLD APPOINTS NEW OPERATIONS MANAGER

BLD Group, the UK’s largest specialist motorcycle claims management company, has appointed Matthew Graham as Operations Manager. Matthew has eight years of experience in the insurance sector and has been with BLD for four years. Matthew oversees BLD’s Claims, FNOL and Customer Support teams and is the account manager for one of our biggest referrers.

Mike McMillan, BLD’s Claims Director, commenting on these appointments said,

“We have recently made a few changes to our management structure with a view to improving our service and reflecting that the business has been going through a period of strong growth and it is essential that this does not compromise the quality of the business.

In each case we have promoted people from within BLD and Matthew is another excellent example of our home grown claims talent.”
