BLD SUPPORTS THE LOCAL YOUTH PROJECT ‘WOTS’

BLD Group, the Ringwood based motorcycle specialist, has recently been involved in the refurbishment of the ‘Word on the Street’ (WOTS) charity youth double-decker bus.
The 'Word On The Street' project, otherwise known as 'WOTS' is a mobile youth centre based in Ringwood but also serves a number of local surrounding areas
The distinctive pink and blue double-decker bus is packed full of the latest games consoles, entertainment equipment and gadgets along with a smart kitchen and lounge area to chill in. All facilities on the bus will be completely FREE to use during its scheduled visits.
BLD, which has a first class customizing facility in Hurn, and its top artist Dave Nichols were pleased to be able to provide sign writing including the giant side graphics for the bus. In addition, BLD’s IT dept have assisted in the provision of IT equipment for this great project.
The bus has undergone a complete transformation and has already made its grand entrance at the Ringwood carnival. A timetable can be found on the WOTS website for upcoming visits. www.wotsproject.co.uk.

We were delighted to have been offered the opportunity to work with the WOTS team in the refurbishment of their bus and hope that as it becomes a more regular sight the local youngsters can enjoy its facilities and benefit from the advice of the youth workers.”
