Motorcycle Transport Service

We have multiple vans travelling across the country collecting and delivering hire bikes
for our accident claim clients on a daily basis. It’s within these ever-changing routes that
we plan your bike’s transportation. We will call you the day before collection/delivery to
confirm a 2 hour time slot with you.

If you have a specific delivery date in mind, we will endeavour to transport your bike for
you on that day. Depending on the logistics of multiple bike deliveries on specific days,
however, we cannot always guarantee this will be possible. We will work with you to
arrange the best possible delivery date and guarantee it will be within the agreed amount of time.

We can collect/deliver spare parts with the bike and ask that they are packaged and
clearly labelled. If the spare parts are of the size or quantity that they encroach on the
additional bike spaces of our vans, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge.

Payment can either be made online or by phone using debit/credit cards or by cash/
cheque on delivery.

The total cost for collection and delivery within mainland England and Wales including VAT is: £130.80
The total cost for collection and delivery including mainland Scotland including VAT is: £178.80

All bikes are fully insured both in transit and whilst in our secure unit

Some bikes are worth more than others and we can be transporting multiple bikes on the same van.
We need to calculate the total value of all bikes on a van to ensure we have adequate insurance cover.
The value of a bike does not in any way effect the cost of the transportation.

Yes, location is a factor in pricing. If your collection and delivery addresses are both within mainland England and Wales, then the cost is a flat fee of £109 + VAT. If either or both of your collection and delivery addresses are in mainland Scotland, then the cost is a flat fee of £149 + VAT. Unfortunately we do not offer an overseas service.

We charge a flat fee for most bikes regardless of size; however the flat fee does not include quads or trikes. If your bike is unusually large, odd-shaped or if you would like to enquire about transporting a trike or quad please contact our Transportation Team for an exact quote.

Unfortunately this is not part of the service we offer.

Although our drivers take photos of all bikes before loading them, we do not carry out an
inspection of the bike nor take any responsibility for the condition they are in when we
collect them.

You can cancel your transportation service at any time up until the time we have
collected the bike. Once the bike is in our possession, however, cancellation is not
possible.
