As you will no doubt be aware, after an accident which has rendered a motorcycle unroadworthy, the unfortunate motorcyclist is often left without any immediate form of transport through no fault of their own.

To compound issues, if they have suffered personal injury, they do not necessarily know who to contact for assistance.

This is where BLD can help. We can arrange for the provision of a hire bike for the motorcyclist and can also instruct our specialist panel of solicitors to contact the injured motorcyclist and provide them with professional legal advice.

You may be asking yourself, 'Where do I come into this?'

Quite simply, should a motorcyclist who has been involved in a non-fault accident choose to bring his or her damaged motorcycle to your garage for an estimate or inspection, and he or she has not been provided with any of the above assistance, then you can be financially rewarded for putting us into contact with them.

Should the details you pass us result in BLD accepting the claim and providing the motorcyclist with a hire bike, you will be paid a referral fee. The payment will be made by cheque 7 days after your client's hire commences.

BLD will usually manage the claim in order to ensure that the process is as efficient as possible. This will include chasing inspection results and repair authorities on your client's behalf, and ensure that liability is resolved as quickly as possible.

If however we do not provide a hire bike, but our solicitors accept a personal injury claim, we will still pay you a referral fee and the payment will be made once we have confirmation from the solicitors that they have accepted the case.

There are no contracts to sign and no obligations to continue working with BLD. We believe that you will be so impressed with the BLD service that you won't want to go anywhere else.

Unlike some of the other hire organisations, we do not operate a call centre and, as a result, you will usually speak to the same person each time. This enables us to build a good relationship with our dealers and offer a friendly, more personal service to you.
